So, I take Starbucks Pike Place whole bean coffee, grind up enough for about 16 cups of coffee, a course grind, stick that into a large mason jar, fill with water, stir, seal, then let it sit on my counter for at least 12 hours, agitating it every now and again.
Then I filter that into a 2 quart pitcher, fill the rest of the way with water, and place in the fridge.
Mix some of that with a splash of heavy whipping cream and add ice.
So good!
